Elite Cricket Academy and Sports Gear Private Limited (“we”) collects and uses your personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect, and why

• Name, email, mobile and delivery address — to fulfil your order, send its GST invoice, and tell you when it ships.
• Payment details — handled entirely by Razorpay; we receive only a payment reference and the method used (UPI, card, etc.).
• Order history — to show you your orders and handle returns and warranty claims.
• Marketing consent — only if you tick the box; you can withdraw it at any time from any email or by writing to us.
• Website analytics — anonymous usage measurement through Google Tag Manager.

Who we share it with

Only those who need it to complete your order: Razorpay (payment), the courier delivering your parcel, and our email provider. We do not sell your data. Tax records are kept for as long as Indian law requires.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to the grievance officer below. We respond within the time the law allows.

Grievance officer

If you have a complaint about an order, a product or this website, contact our grievance officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
