Returns, refunds & warranty

Changed your mind

You can return an unused item within 7 days of delivery or collection, in its original condition and packaging with tags attached. Bats that have been knocked in, oiled or played with, personalised items and opened guards (abdominal guards, mouthguards) cannot be returned for change of mind. Contact us first at info@elitecricketacademy.co.in or 93846 63776 and we will tell you where to send it, or bring it to our Chennai — Medavakkam store.

Wrong, damaged or faulty

If an item arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or develops a manufacturing fault, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will replace or repair it, or refund it in full, and cover the cost of shipping it back.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay — UPI and netbanking usually within 5–7 working days, cards within 5–10 working days of our approving the refund. Shipping charges are refunded when the return is our error.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties apply as stated by each brand. Cricket bats are natural willow: surface cracks and seam marks from normal play are not defects, but a broken handle or split blade on a correctly prepared bat in its first season should be reported to us so we can claim from the maker on your behalf.

Grievance officer

If you have a complaint about an order, a product or this website, contact our grievance officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
