Products and availability

Items shown In stock in Chennai are on our shelf and ship within a few days. Items shown Order in are not on our shelf today: when you order one, we bring it in from the manufacturer and ship it when it arrives, usually within 7–14 days. Descriptions and photographs are as accurate as we can make them; small differences in colour, grain and finish, especially in natural willow, are normal and not defects.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets and EMI). We never see or store your card details. Your items are held for 35 minutes while you pay. A GST tax invoice is issued for every order.

Orders

Your order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order where an item cannot be supplied, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraud; any amount paid is then refunded in full to the original payment method.

Returns, refunds and warranty

Our Returns, refunds & warranty policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to repairing or replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission.

Grievance officer

If you have a complaint about an order, a product or this website, contact our grievance officer. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
